This idea took shape during lockdown, sparked by binge-watching The Mandalorian and the Star Wars saga. Reconnecting with the playful side of my work, I began crafting masks entirely from LEGO pieces, inspired by some of my favourite Star Wars sets.

My goal was to merge my daydreams of galaxies far away with my love for portraiture, while celebrating women as multifaceted beings: ambitious and playful, strong and graceful. At the same time, this project pays tribute to Lucasfilm, Star Wars, and LEGO, all of which shaped my childhood.
